3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Payment Gateways. Fees are non-refundable once services are delivered. Refunds for duplicate or failed payments will be processed within 7–10 days.

4. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Sharma Technologies. Users may not copy or resell services.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for errors in user data or misuse of generated documents.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts in case of misuse.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of HUNSUR CITY CIVIL courts.
