Founded as M/s Sharma Technologies in 2017, our initial work focused on customer service delivery — helping citizens file online applications, navigate government portals, and access essential services. Over the years we observed a growing need for a secure, simplified environment for operators who serve many customers every day. That insight led to GOC — Grow Our Center, a project created to equip local service centres with a secure browser, curated website navigation, timely service availability information, and training to deliver accurate, trustworthy services.
GOC helps operators stay ready: a structured training library of pre‑recorded short videos (how to use the GOC Browser, performing common applications, refund & dispute handling) plus periodic live webinars for hands‑on Q&A.
The GOC Browser is designed for public terminals — it restricts developer tools, blocks known trackers, and keeps browsing within verified sites. We do not store customer passwords on the browser; data flows directly between the customer and the destination services whenever possible.
